The business model fits in a sentence: Tesla runs the ride, Jarvis puts the cars on the road.

Book in Tesla's app

Every ride request starts and ends in the Tesla Robotaxi app. There is no Jarvis booking screen, and there never will be.

Tesla drives the trip

Routing, pricing, safety systems, and support all belong to Tesla's autonomy stack and Tesla's operations.

Jarvis supplies the fleet

We buy Tesla robotaxis and deploy them onto the network, so more cars are available when riders open the app.

Why it matters

Autonomy is limited by how many cars exist.

Software scales instantly. Fleets don't. Somebody has to buy, deploy, and stand behind the vehicles in each city — that part is ours.

More cars in the network: Supply is the constraint on autonomous mobility. Every vehicle we add shortens someone's wait.
Local fleet presence: We're on the ground in Miami, not managing a spreadsheet from another time zone.
Electric and driverless: No tailpipe, no idling, no driver up front. The quiet version of a city street.
Designed for passengers: Purpose-built robotaxis start from the back seat instead of the driver's seat.
